Dear Valued Client,
We would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation to you for your continued
relationship with everyone here at HSA. Our priority is to provide you with the high quality
service and support you expect from us, and we welcome the opportunity to continue to
serve as your independent accountants, tax consultants, and trusted business advisors.
Enclosed is a Tax Planning newsletter to provide information about important 2016 tax
changes as well as a checklist of things to consider and provide to us for the preparation of
your 2016 tax return. We also recommend you contact your HSA professional for a yearend
planning meeting to review these and upcoming tax changes.
We would like to emphasize the importance of preparing 1099 Forms for your
vendors, due January 31, 2017. The IRS is issuing penalties for non-filing and late
filing of these forms. If you need our assistance in preparing these, we need your
information and W-9 details before January 15th. Please call us if you question
whether you have Form 1099 filing requirements.
It has been our pleasure to serve you. We value the confidence you have placed in us and
we hope to continue to provide exceptional service to you for many years to come.
Very truly yours,
Victoria K. Serles, CPA, CVA, ABV
